Don’t wait until stress levels are high to take action. Including small changes into your day can prevent those big cortisol spikes and every day gets just a little more manageable.
We suggest you also share these with partners and children. Giving children and teens techniques they can call on in situations of stress gives them a feeling of control. This can be crucial before exams, presentations or performances, as well as being able to wind down after a difficult day.
