Serves 4
Ingredients:
• 1 avocado, smashed with fork
• 1/3 cup of fresh coriander, finely chopped
• Juice and finely grated zest of one lime
• Pepper and salt, to season
• Pinch of chili flakes (optional)
• Rice crackers, vegetable crudités or bean and rice chips to serve
Method:
• Combine all ingredients in a bowl till a semi-smooth consistency.
